Sir, I am very poor and did withdrawal transaction of Rs ________ at _____________CSP via AEPS withdrawal Option, but it failed & the amount has been debited from my Bank account. I have approached Bank many times, but they are not registering the complain. They even told me not to disturb them by telling this problem, they have guided me to take the money from CSP forcefully.

Sir, we don’t want to complain PMO for this a small issue, but we are helpless as nobody in Banks listen to poor people. No Bank official even talks politely with poor, they bluntly tell not to come bank to complain.

Sir, we are complaining to you so that we get permanent solution to this problem. We would earnestly request PMO to instruct Banks to refund Wrongly debited amount within 24 hrs from the time of Transaction as poor has to meet their urgent Medical needs or also has to support their family daily needs.

Sir, in most cases it takes more than month to get the wrongly Debited amount reversed in the customer’s Bank Account. In many case it takes more than three to four months to get the debited amount reversed, whereas no penalty is charged to the Banks for this Delay.

What Should I do, I was not able to understand then somebody advised to me register my complain to PMO so as to get the Debited amount refunded. I have submitted my Details below.

Sir, I am are complaining immediately after Failed Transaction as it will take 20 to 25 days to get failed amount reversed in my account after registering the complain to PMO.
